Our Megger DLRO10HD stopped taking a charge, we tried to use it online power until it would not power up at all. We replaced the battery and still would not power up. Sent in for evaluation for repair, and we needed annual calibration for our ISO9001 program. Their technicians gave us a quote for repair and calibration, and we approved it. The repair was spot on working on the battery for hours as intended and the calibration certificate was sent to ISO administrator.
