We have sent several Biddle and Megger megohm-meter’s in for repair and annual calibration. We have never had a non-repair and as a matter of fact we remained loyal because the repair and calibration price went down every time we sent in another meter. I do take part in trying to get the price lower every time we corresponded but still hapy with the repair process and customer service.
