Our HVI dielectric test set became very erratic in every way. It always powered up, but the readings would change and sometimes drop out. We finally got to the point we could not trust the meter readings anymore. Sent to June Company, and they did a great job with emails, and payment options, the repair breakdown from the technicians was also comprehensive.
