Our HVI VLF tester would not increase output voltage. The meter would power up, test button worked, but the output voltage would fault out while increasing voltage. The technicians told me that they would have to evaluate the meter to actually find the problem. That made sense to me, so I sent it in for rush repair. I received a reply from them the same day they received the meter. I approved the repair and NIST calibration and received the meter back 3 days later with paperwork. Excellent.
