    Our company sent in a Haefely KVM meter for repair and Allen Industries repaired it fine but they did not mention to include the cables. It is mostly our fault that we did not send them and that was part of the problem. After talking to them they did have on the form to include all parts for the repair. Didn’t see it. Other than the miscommunication the repair and calibration went smoothly.
