Hipotronics Hipot Tester Repair
Allen Industries repairs Hipotronics hipot testers of every type and size. Our technicians are able test voltages up to 800kV with custom resistor networks in our facility. Allen Industries also calibrates Hipotronics hipot testers to NIST standards.
Impulse generators are difficult to use and maintain in an industrial atmosphere where the impulse generator could be kept in or on a vehicle experiencing shock, shaking, and jarring from both travelling and using in rugged conditions. Our technicians constantly find this to be the issue and there is really no way around this other when in our facility reinforce, remount, and apply silicone compound to every large component to reinsure that these components will last much longer and hopefully stay in the field longer. Over the years we have found this to be the case and we find our customers use the impulse generators much longer without returning in for another repair!
